I’m so excited to be able to show you this beautiful Polhawn Fort Wedding. Set amid the clifftops with its very own drawbridge and sweeping lawns, with steps leading down to a private beach it’s the epitome of coastal luxury.

A Stunning Spaghetti Strap Dress

The beautiful bride wore a beautiful gown by Grace Loves Lace. A luxurious double-layered Crepe de Chine silk gown, with fine silk straps, an elegant bodice and cowl neckline with a defined waist, and an A-line flared skirt for that stunning hourglass silhouette.

The Bride tribe wore beautiful figure-hugging gowns in an eye-catching emerald green colour by Goddiva London.

A Polhawn Fort Wedding Ceremony With A View

Pretty little flower girls paved the bride’s entrance down the aisle with petals scattered from their baskets that they held instead of bouquets.

The beautiful wedding ceremony took place outside the Fort, under the gazebo, overlooking the beach below, whilst the sun shone brightly above.

A Relaxed Reception on the Grounds of Polhawn Fort

After an enthusiastic confetti throw by guests, everyone relaxed on the Fort’s lawn, enjoying Pimms and canapes. There was even a special appearance by the Bride’s dog who popped by for a brief congratulations.

Romantic Beach Portraits

One of my favourite parts of the day is couple portaits. It’s the perfect opportunity for the happy couple to have some time to themselves. We climbed the steep steps to the beach to capture the bride and groom having fun together.

An Intimate & Cosy Wedding Breakfast

One long table spanned the length of the dining room where the wedding breakfast took place. It was decorated with tall floral displays and included personalised shortbread as wedding favours.

Sunsets & Neon Lights

After the cake cutting it was time to hit the dance floor. The Bride surprised the Groom with matching neon light trainers to boogie the night away to a live band.
