I was so thrilled to be invited to this Trevenna wedding to capture the magical nuptials of this amazing couple. Trevenna Barn is such a beautiful wedding venue. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, in Cornwall. On the edge of the Bodmin Moor. The cluster of stylish stone barns in the leafy setting is idyllic for a romantic wedding.
Lush Peach & Blue Florals
The couple chose a colourful theme of peach and blues. That brightened up the grey day. Bride To Be supplied the most beautiful chiffon and lace wedding dress that the bride wore. Whilst the Groom looked absolutely dashing in pale blue suit and tie. The bridesmaid’s peach dresses complimented the colour scheme.
A Trevenna Wedding Ceremony With All The Feels
The wedding ceremony was full of love and tenderness. With heartfelt vows from the Bride and Groom. And some beautiful emotional readings from Guests.
Wet & Wild Cornish Moors
Anyone who is familiar with the Cornish moors will know that they have a reputation for wet and wild weather. And this Trevenna wedding was no exception. But a true testament to this couple’s love and adventurous spirit. A little bit of mizzle was not going to spoil the day.
Chinese Lanterns & Fruit Pavlovas
The couple did an amazing job decorating Trevenna. Beautiful peach Chinese lanterns hung from the ceiling. And Escential Blooms created amazing colourful blooms of peach and blues.
Desserts consisted of platters of fruit pavlovas for guests to share. Creating the most mouth-watering aroma of sugar and fruit in the room. Not a morsel was left on plates!
Raucous Speeches & Fancy Footwork
After a great feed and some rather edgy speeches from the Australian contingency, it was time for the evening festivities. After the couples’ first dance it was time to hit the dance floor. The Venezuelan side of family danced up a storm with some incredible fancy footwork.

Trevenna offers accommodation in their rooms for up to 40 guests. There are also hotels and B&B’s available close by.
Trevenna is in Cornwall not far from the Bodmin Moor. It is within easy access of the A30. The postcode is PL14 6NR, which I have found to be accurate if using Google maps and Sat Nav.
