Who doesn’t love a Fusion Wedding? There’s just something quite special about a Fusion wedding. The blend of two distinct cultures coming together. Embracing each other’s families and traditions. This Fusion Wedding took place at Shilstone House and was the perfect setting for the guests to relax, have fun and party like there was no tomorrow.

Sensational Bridal Details

The beautiful bride looked sensational in her dress. Made With Love Bridal designed the slinky crepe dress. Which was backless with a plunging neckline. Maids To Measure designed the pretty blossom pink bridesmaids dresses. Made from lightweight chiffon they had an elegant and flattering look. Laura Hingston created the incredible Bridal bouquets and floral displays. they were full of soft pinks, whites and peach tones with lashings of green foliage. And incorporated roses, ranunculus and Honeysuckle. Perfectly complementing the bridesmaid’s dresses.

To get the day off to a good start there was champers and strawberries with the bridesmaids. with plenty of giggles and laughter to accompany the fizz. Then it was time to slip into the dress. A few last-minute adjustments to the veil and shoes. And the addition of some bespoke jewellery made by the Groom’s brother, Luke Foster. And then it was time to head to the ceremony at Shilstone House. The Bride arrived in a vintage white jaguar.

Fusion Wedding Ceremony

After a beautiful ceremony full of laughter and tenderness. And a couple of contemporary readings by family. The happy couple said ‘I do’. Before they shared their first kiss to rapturous applause from their guests.

Pimms on the Lawn

Time to kick off the afternoon’s celebrations starting with a joyful confetti shot. Before everyone got started on canapes and Pimms, there were a few formal group shots. Then it was time for guests to enjoy the afternoon. Whilst the happy couple snuck off for a few of their own photos.

Love, Joy & Tenderness

It was down to the lakes and away from everyone for bridal portraits. A few moments just the two of them to enjoy being married. A chance to take stock of the day so far. To just relax, have fun and share a few special moments together. and also to capture some beautiful heartfelt, romantic and joyful images of themselves.

Beautiful Floral Displays

The afternoon ended with a fabulous wedding breakfast in the marquee. Shilstone house is such a stunning venue it doesn’t need much in decorations. But some amazing floral displays in the ceremony, house and breakfast really gave the wow factor. Divine Wedding cakes made the cake. Which was a partially naked cake with buttercream icing. Real flowers decorated blending in with the floral scheme. And looked and tasted phenomenal.

The Father of the bride started the speeches with a beautiful and emotional speech. There was not a dry eye in the house. This was followed by a touching speech by the Groom before the Bestmen took the stage. The three Matts gave hilarious speeches, culminating in a gift o the Bride. A large framed shirtless picture of the groom from some early modelling. There was so much laughter guest’s cheeks ached.

Party Time at Shilstone

The couple said they wanted a relaxed country house wedding where guests could relax and party like there was no tomorrow. After they had cut the cake and had their first dance, guests took them at their word and did just that!
