Sally and Matt celebrated their nuptials with family and friends at the very beautiful and historic Wadhurst Castle in Kent. With a stately English building such as a castle like this as the setting for your wedding, style and elegance was high on the agenda. Mixing designer detailing of Sally’s beautiful bespoke dress by the hugely talented Emma Tindley and stunning floral designs in beautiful glass vases by The Flower House with Sally’s personal homemade touches of Sloe Gin in Tiny Bottles as table favours and the most amazing cake made and decorated by Sally’s mum, Joan Hansen, using the same lace as featured on the bridesmaids dresses. The attention to detail real made this wedding quite unique and very personal.
All these little personal touches really brought things together and illustrated how at harmony and in sync they were with each other. Their love and affection for each other was so obvious to see and lovely to be around – It was such a pleasure be with them and capture their day for them.
Along with lots of fun and laughter there were lots of other cool and quirky touches too. Such as their ‘Story of how they met’ that was on their tables for guests to read. Designer drinks created by them, his and hers! And the Instamatic camera to take a photo of your self and put it in their guest book with your message.
All in all that day at Wadhurst Castle saw a very cool and stylish wedding with super lovely friends and family and the most gorgeous and lovely couple you could hope to meet!
